5 Days Trip to Japan
As soon as the Chinese New Year holiday started, my family and I took a five days trip to Japan. Although it was not the first time flying to Japan, I still felt excited. We chose a travel set that we could overlook Mt. FUJI from different places. Across Shizuoka and Yamanashi, Mt. FUJ is the highest mountain in Japan. Japanese regarded Mt. FUJI as a divine and shy mountain because it’s not easy to see the top of the mountain. Therefore, I hoped that I was lucky enough to see the whole mountain on the trip.

After 3 hours of flight, we arrived at Shizuoka which it’s a place that famous for mocha. I enjoy lots of mocha products there, such as chocolate, ice cream, and noodles. I also learn Japanese traditional tea ceremony! After enjoying mocha, I visited some temples and eventually drove to Tokyo. The weather in Tokyo was really frosty. At first, I expected to enjoy snowy days within 5 days; however, the natural water vapor was not enough to snow. Although we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the scenario of snow, we still visited lots of beautiful sights. We visited the most famous Sensoji Temple, where is full of foreign visitors. The most special of the temple was there was a big red lantern that wrote “é›·é–€” in the entrance. After going into the entrance, a shopping street came into my eyes. The shops sold different souvenirs, such as toys, lantern-shaped magnets and hanging decorations. Passing through the shopping street, the majestic temple is right in front of me. I paid respect to Bodhisattva at first, and I drew a fortune stick there. The fortune stick was good, and I will be better than last year. I sigh the relief because I was worried that I will have bad luck next year. We also saw the top of Mt. FUJI! When we drove to a small village, the whole of Mt. FUJI suddenly came into view. Our tour guide stopped the car and let us took some pictures of the beautiful scenery.
